Alex Padilla

Alex Padilla is the Director of Finance at Green Isle Capital LLC, where he oversees fund operations, financial management, transaction execution, and strategic initiatives across the firm’s private equity platform. Prior to Green Isle, Alex worked at Pantera Capital, supporting the firm’s management company and family office operations, and previously held roles at Deloitte and PwC focused on alternative investments, hedge funds, and tax strategy. His experience spans private equity, venture capital, real estate, and Puerto Rico Act 60 structuring. Alex holds a B.A. in Accounting from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and is a Series 65 holder.
